The consultingfactory.eu website (the “Site”) is operated by Consulting Factory SRL, with registered office at Avenue de la Croix du Sud 8, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0839.059.403 (the “Controller”).

2. Data collected
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, country of residence, type of project and the content of your message.
The Site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no profiling. Traffic statistics, if enabled, are measured in aggregate and without cookies through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a possible contractual relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries sent to us (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the partners of Consulting Factory and to the technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Site: hosting and distribution (Cloudflare) and email delivery. These providers act on instruction and are bound by protection guarantees compliant with the GDPR.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention period
Contact requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. If a contractual relationship begins, the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable legal periods.
6. Confidentiality
Every communication sent through the Site is treated in the strictest confidence. Access to data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Belgium: the Data Protection Authority, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

8. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is encrypted in transit. We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

The information published on the Site, including the figures relating to the Moroccan market, is provided for information only, as of the date shown in the footer, and does not constitute investment advice, legal or tax advice, an offer of services, or any guarantee of results.
